Dead Things vs. Seeing Red *Triggering Warning: Rape*

In Dead Things, a fantastic example of rape (mind control) is used to make a statement about rape in the real world: That not all rapists think of themselves as rapist, but sex without consent is always rape.

Seeing Red, unfortunately, ends up taking the opposite tack: A realistic scene of attempted rape is resolved by the fantastic device of a soul.
