I will do both:

Cordelia Chase
Why I like them: Because she has layers. She starts off shallow mean girl, and quickly turns out to be a lot more than that
Why I don’t: She can be really mean, and her development after the couple of seasons of Angel is kind of a mess.
Favorite season/movie/book:Let's go with BtVS S2. I loved Xander/Cordy
Favorite line: "Tact is just not saying true stuff" is a pretty great line, although I agree with the criticism that Cordelia sometimes uses supposed "honesty" to just be an asshole
Favorite outfit: I am not an outfit oriented person and had to rely on Google Images for this on. I kinda of like that gray shirt she has going in You're Welcome.
OTP: Xander/Cordy
Brotp: Angel and Cordy had a nice dynamic during the period it was platonic.
Head Canon: I don't think I have one
Unpopular opinion: I think shipping Cordy/Xander is kind of an unpopular opinion. I certainly didn't blame her for leaving, but I wish they could have worked out longer.
A wish: That the last 3 seasons of Angel had happened better.
An oh-god-please-don't-ever-happen: That she didn't die of a mystical pregnancy?

Winifred Burkle
Why I like them: She's smart and kind of goofy
Why I don’t: She's a little too precious, and her storyline to often was focusd on rather dull love triangles
Favorite season/movie/book: Parts of S4 - Supersymmetry and the Jasmine arc gave her plots that were not about love triangles, and Spin the Bottle introduced us to teenage Fred
Favorite line: A Hole in the World is not one of my favorite episodes, but it does have a memorable last line for Fred: "Please, Wesley, why can't I stay?"
Favorite outfit: None jumps out at me or comes to mind
OTP: The scene in Orpheus when Willow thinks Fred is flirting with her makes me think they would be an interesting couple.
Brotp: I didn't object to her dynamic with Spike
Head Canon: Don't have one.
Unpopular opinion: Don't think I have one
A wish: That she got more storylines that didn't involve crappy love triangles
An oh-god-please-don't-ever-happen: I'm glad she never got together with Angel

Why I like them: Bitter and cynical, but still cares about people
Why I don’t: A little too quick to solve problems with her fists
Favorite season/movie/book: Jessica Jones season 1
Favorite line: This exchange with Trish in season 1:
Jessica: I'm still not the hero you wanted me to be.
Trish: You're exactly the hero I wanted you to be.
Favorite outfit: I like that hoodie in the scene she is sitting on her desk
OTP: Jessica/Luke
Brotp: Jessica and Trish
Head Canon: Luke is totally the love of her life
Unpopular opinion: Not involved enough with the fandom to know what is popular/unpopular
A wish: That the show keeps going, and when it ends has a satisifying ending
An oh-god-please-don't-ever-happen: Let's keep her relationship with Trish totally platonic - I am squicked by incest

Faith Lehane

Why I like them: Because she's an unstable mess - who came back from the worst of herself
Why I don’t: Well, she's done some pretty terrible things
Favorite season/movie/book: BtVS S4/AtS S1. She had the best redemption arc
Favorite line: "You're all about control. You have no idea what it's like on the other side! Where nothing's in contrl, nothing makes sense! There is just pain and hate and nothing you do means anything."
Favorite outfit: I kind of like the red thing she's got on in Enemies
OTP: Faith/Buffy
Brotp: Faith and Angel
Head Canon: Probably a popular head canon, sadly, but I do believe she was raped before she was called
Unpopular opinion: Sometimes it seems like an unpopular opinion that I don't blame the Scoobies for her fall to darkness, but if you actually a count I don't think that opinion is actually in the majority
A wish: It would have been cool if she had gotten her own show
